We are hiring for the post of a customer service representative
Customer service representatives supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions and responding to complaints.
They are the front line of support for clients and customers.
Customer service representative responsibility :
* Maintaining a veritable, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
* Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
*Ensures customer satisfaction and professional customer support.

Education/Experience :
* Degree holder HND, Bsc and its equivalent.
* Minimum of a year experience
